The price of $399 applies to properties up to the value of $1 million. Properties over this value, yet under $3 million will be discounted to $499. Properties over $3m will be priced on application. All prices GST inclusive.
Payment is required on site at period of inspection and must be made in cash. The report & invoice will be presented post inspection on site.
If the above conditions can not be met, normal fees will apply (see below).
The discount pricing remains applicable up until the client settles on a property. This accounts for any repeated inspection service, if needed.
Normal fees for this service: (GST Inclusive)
Properties up to the value of $1 million are $520.00, Properties from $1-$3 million are $650.00
The above full fees would be subject to a 10% discount where payment is made within 10 working days post
presentation of report.
